Denver Broncos: David Anenih visits team ahead of NFL draft – Broncos Wire

The Denver Broncos recently hosted Houston pass rusher David Anenih on a pre-draft visit, according to Walter Cherepinsky and Charlie Campbell of WalterFootball.com.
Anenih (6-3, 249 pounds) recorded 30 tackles (including 10 tackles for losses), five sacks, two pass breakups, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 14 games with the Cougars last season.
In 43 career games with Houston, Anenih totaled 98 tackles (31.5 behind the line), 20.5 sacks, seven pass breakups, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
Anenih played as a defensive lineman in college but he would presumably move to outside linebacker if selected by the Broncos for their 3-4 defense.
Anenih is projected to be a seventh-round pick or undrafted free agent. If he lands in Denver, Anenih would join a group of pass rushers headlined by Bradley Chubb, Randy Gregory, Malik Reed and Jonathon Cooper.
With Chubb and Reed both scheduled to become free agents in 2023, the Broncos would be wise to add more OLBs to the roster this spring.
