All 90 is a Steelers Now series profiling each of the 90 members of the Pittsburgh Steelers 2022 offseason roster.
Acquired:Â The Steelers signed T.D. Moultry as an undrafted free agent after the 2022 NFL Draft on April 30, 2022.
Last season: Moultry set an Auburn record in games played, appearing in 59 contests for the Tigers from 2017-21, but did not become a starter until his senior season. He finished with 33 tackles, 7.5 for a loss, four sacks and six hurries as one of Auburn’s primary edge rushers.
College:Â Started out at linebacker before moving to defensive line his final three seasons. Finished with 70 tackles, 13.5 for a loss and 8.5 sacks. He had at least one sack in all five seasons.
Camp outlook:Â Moultry will move back from defensive end to outside linebacker with the Steelers, with the hope that his experience in both roles will help his transition to the NFL.
Future: Moultry signed a three-year rookie contract that will pay him $705,000 in base salary in 2022 and runs through the end of the 2024 season.
